Our story
It started at the family table.
My love for cooking began when I was around 12 years old. My father was a true meat lover—there always had to be beef or chicken at the table—so I grew up experimenting with cutlets, burgers, steaks and anything else I could create.
A love for smoke
By 20, I had discovered smoked meats and Texas barbecue. I could watch people make incredible briskets and deli meats online, but finding anything comparable that was genuinely halal in Canada felt nearly impossible.
One unforgettable recipe
In 2024, my wife, Mya, and I developed and smoked our first chicken deli meat. Tasting something we had only watched others enjoy—now made completely halal—was a moment we never forgot.
From late nights to something bigger
We spent sleepless nights testing burgers, sausages and breakfast products, making small changes and trying again. When family and friends began asking to buy them, demand quickly grew. My father believed in the opportunity and encouraged us to build a certified facility that could serve more families.
“From our family to yours” is more than a slogan.My parents taught me to ask whether the neighbours on either side had eaten—and, if not, to invite them in or send food to their home.
Our mission is to bring families and friends together through bold, meat-forward food and memorable flavours—and to prove that choosing halal should never mean having fewer choices. We are only getting started.
